Marvel sofa set(3 1 1) MAROON
No replacement of the defected piece

I bought a marvel sofa set (3 1 1) MAROON on 22/11/09 which was assembled on 30/11/09. i lodged a complaint within 1 week about manufacturing defect on telephone, and i was assured for the replacement of the defected piece, but there has been no effort of replacement by the shop even after repeated and continuous reminders for more than 2 months at BIG BAZAR, SAHARAGANJ, LUCKNOW.

the shop has recently lodged a CRF on 12/02/10, for approval by the company.

i want to know from the authority, when will i be provided with a REPLACEMENT of the defective sofa set...
