Non delivery of right product

Have purchased a double Mattress from UP Handloms. They were to deliver the mattress on 21st Dec'11 nd they eventually delivered the smaller size mattress 72"35"5" instead of 75"35"5", when we complained them they assured us to giving the right mattress on the same same night which they later postponed to next day. Now again when they have send the mattress it is still not as per the ordered part now its is 75"35"4" instead of 75"35"5".

Now the owner is telling we would deliver the correct part in next 4 to 5 days. And above all he is peaking as if we had made a crime.
