Defected mattressess supplied

I have purchased the mattressess from metro foam house during the exebition at Chandigarh sector 17 before2-3 months.

There is manufacturing defect and side of the mattress is tearing and I do the call to the related person he is not attend the call or switched office the phone. I know some reliable sources that this company is sold the material in exebition only and there is no dealer net work and not entertain the complete, hence I plan to go in consumer form if i am not get the response of my this complaint.
