Defective mattress and cove

I purchased a mattress from metro foam house during an exhibition and the material supplied was highly defective. the owner sidhartha wadhera is not picking up the phone. and is not listening to the complaint after visiting my house and confirming that the mattress was out of order and he intends to change it.

the complaint is still pending and i am very upset at the cheaters attitude of sidhartha wadhera.
