Hi,

This is the worst ever experience I have ever had in my life. I ordered for a 2 door, 4 door, 3 1 1 sofa & a marble top dining table with this company. This was done on the 4th June - when there was an expo in the CTC. Since then I had been experiencing very poor service quality from them. Firstly, they didn't deliver the goods on time. Once after the goods came, they took long time to fix up the furniture items. Their usual habit is to promise to come early, but to come at 7 PM. This happened to me twice or three times with them. Finally when I was thinking everything was completed, when they fix the dining table, it collapsed. So the fitter informed the company to change the entire set. Then it took another 10 - 15 days to deliver a new set and took back the old set. Then came a fitter who place the heavy marble top just on the frame and claims that he has been doing that for years. I argued with him and the owner Mr. Lakshmanasamy that the top has groove in it which has to fit-in the frame completely so that it won't fall. After some argument they have agreed to change the frame - so that the top can just fit into the frame nicely. However, even after 15 days, they are very reluctant to change it. Whenever I call, they tried avoid me or say a new date to do this. There is no commitments, there is no service quality and there is no product quality also. I don't understand who has given lisense for them to do the businmess. It's a real shame that they put "Customer and Serivce as Business Partners" in theri invoices and showroom. It is all the more ridiculous to know that they have put up their 3rd shown since the June 4th - as they are still unable to complete a month and half old job itself.

I feel people are over greedy. I don't know when I am going to get this job done. Now at least I have a satisfaction that no one else would try to buy from this shop in Chennai, after seeing this.
