Cheating and improper service/ repair of the product

I bought a sofa set from Mitra interiors, Kurd road Kohka Bhilai in Oct foa a price of Rs 20000. At that time it was claimed that it has importedeather and it will last for minmum 10 years. However, with in one year the leather cover of sofa was completelt torn out leaving sofa totally unused. Despite repeated complaint to the dealer, it has not been repaired as yet and the reply given by him is that, "I a m not the manufacturer of leather"
