Poor After Sales Service

I purchase a Four Door Wardrobe from Modfurn (Baghjatin Showroom) in March. Order No. SRJ 3/26. Ever since I have purchased the wardrobe, i have not received good after sales service as promised at the time of purchase. Since we are working couple, it is not possible for us to be at home during weekdays so, we had specifically mentioned the problem at the store and told them that we sould be offered service on sundays or on any other day after 7PM. Since the purchase we had to call for service twice, the first time i had to take leave from office because they refused to come on sunday. I have recently complained again on 4/2 for broken hinge of the wardrobe. They refused to come on Sunday again and said will call me back when we have someone to service the wardrobe. 6 days have gone since i have complained but haven't heard anything from them. With this kind of sales service iwould surely not recommend anybody to go for Modfurn Please Help me.
