Low Quality Material is Very Bad and service is worst

I had purched furniture from Oak and Oak Marathalli Bangalore. This is one of the worst decisions I had made in buying furniture. They charged me Rs.26000/- for Sofa 3 1 1, artifical leather. and Center Table Rs.5000/-.

The quality of the material is worst. one single sofa it is gone so low after just 1month, with normal usage. the 3 set is also in simlar conditon. Center table while cleaning the house the maid just pushed it both the legs got broke, when we checked the material it is very thin material like paper card board. I called up and complained with people, they said get the bill we need to check. After I went to there place gave the bill filed a complaint, they said we will fix it. nothing happend for 2weeks, I called checked blasted them, then oak and oak guy said, will send the guy next week, didnt happen. one day I called and said please fix its been almost 1.5months my center table is broken, then that weekend they sent a person, belive me he is a sales person with some 2tools which he does not know how to operate.

now its almost 3months nothing is happend after so many complaints.

I request people to be careful with this Oak and Oak
