Poor Quality of product supplied and no response after complaining

On 6th December I had registered a complain about the furnitures (King Size bed, wardrobe, side table and dressing) that I had purchased from an outlet in Aurangabad worth Rs 1, 20, 000. The complete address of the outlet is: Durian Industries, Motiwala complex opp.akashwani Jalna road. The invoice number is ad/ft/in00244 for date 16 December. The furniture has dismantled and mal fitted on various sides although there was a warranty of 5 years (As per terms of Warrentry: Durian shall provide a five (5) year term of Warranty on the goods/materials sold under this Invoice, commencing from the date of this Invoice only ("Warranty Term")). I had called, drafted a mail couple of time to Aurangabad office but unfortunately no response was given. Could you please look into these and do the needful ASAP.
