I bought a wall unit from Hometown on 2 Dec and it was delivered to me on 5 Dec. When the person came to fix the wall unit it was found that the parts were defective/broken and missing. When tired contact the store manager, he gave a turn around time of 4 days to replace the parts. Please never buy any product from hometown, really pathetic and unprofessional people.
