A Dining Table worth Rs. 51000 Getting worse within one month and nobody listens

On 10/10/09, I purchased a Dining Table with six chairs from

AIRCON FURNITURE WORLD

Sharthik-2, S.G. Highway,

Opp. Rajpath Club, Satellite,

Ahmedabad - 380015

with invoice no. 868, we paid a total of Rs. 45000 only.

This product was not in good condition so we told them to take it back on the same day, they took it away next day. After around two months we selected another dining table and Rs. 6000 more, as this one was of Rs. 51000. When he Delivered the table two of its chair were broken, he replaced it after 7 days, again and again the problems were occurring and no on in the office was listening. I have been to there office 10 times but no result, I told their senior people to visit the place and check the product, no one turns up. I am highly disappointed and expect a resolution.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate an exchange for an equivalent or better model at no additional cost or a refund of (purchase amount).
