Stitches came out within a week so please replace it

Last month i took Air lounge comfortable sofa bed. i received through postal. within a week the stitches came out and it is looking very ugly. i paid so much of amount eventhough my husband was not intersted.now really it hurts as my money was wasted. please help me in replacing the product so that we can trust in future and it will be a great help for us. shehzadi shaik
