Delay in delivery and bad response!

I booked an order on 22.sep, and i was promised to deliver the products by 26.Sep or maximum by 27.sep, but when i inquired yesterday they said it will take 2 more days. When i said I want it by tomorrow with out reason, he said he will get back to me in 5 minutes, till now I haven't received any call, no information on same.
