Customer complaint not being attended

Dear Sir. Madam,

I have lodged a complaint regarding door of the new Almirah bought in August not being closed properly, however till now no one has attended the complaint. We have personally gone to the shop from where we bought the Almirah to send some one regarding the same. We have bought it from a authorised dealer in gurgaon near DT Mega mall . we are regular customer of Godrej and if you do not provide customer service, we would stop using the products offered by Godrej. we want you to send some one ASAP to rectify the problem.
