We bought furniture (KingSize Bed, Sofa and Shoe rack from Looking Good Furniture in Koramanagala and within 3 months we realised that the shoe rack is broken and the door was not closing properly and the bed started making noise. we complained to the outlet after several reminders and follow up they send one of the person to repair. The guy sees and says you should pay good amount then only u will get good quality as against Rs 8000 for shoe rack if they think it is not of good quality they should not sell and tell customer that it is not good quality. Then he also says they sell very low quality and they have to face customer complaints. The person did some work for 2 hours and said it is repaired. after 1 month the same problem has again occured and i have been chasing them till date they are not worried and least bothered to address.
