Delivered A Damaged Furniture

Hi,

I bought furniture cost Rs 30, 000 from Antony Furnitures, Chennai, Aminjakarai. They have delivered a damaged one. Unfortunately I was not present when the product was delivered and only my mom was there at home. She didnt check the product and signed the delivery note. I have noticed the damage on the next day of the delivery and called them. Manager of the shop said that they send a fitter to see what is the issue and correct change the whole part which got damaged. Its been more than 2weeks now they havent sent any fitter inspite of several calls and followups. Please let me know, how to get it resolved.
