I have installed antivirus of airtel broadband i.e. airtel PC secure of annually plan (Rs.999) on 27th of may but due to some problems it couldn't installed properly so after talking to your customer care executive I again installed that antivirus on 28th of may. So according to this it should be charged only once in my bill but why you have charged it twice in my bill???

Please send your reply as soon as possible so that i have cleared my bill soon.
