Jet lottery commission not credited

Dear Sir,

I played jet lottery from last 1 month through OSS but still no commision will credited on my account and i made a call on customer care no's as well as send a mail to OSS team but still no body provided me resolution. Iam too much fedup with OSS services.

I donot understand to whom i will contact to the same.
