Website not working

Website of DOACC made to run employment exchange registation is not working from July. We are facing great problem, as employer want registration, and webisite not working.

I had mailed to DOACC (all senior officials)

about the problem, but no positive response, DOACC is a fraud, then why Delh Govt had given its employment exchange contract to THIS company.
