Dear Sir/ Madam,
We were approached by the hosting height company person Mr Krish Shah for the bulk e mailing software for sending e mails to our data base of around 20000 client. This given software in not for e mails rather it is just mail merge option which is not even working properly. On asking for refund this fellow is talking all rot.. I would like to report for company like hosting heights who survive on money of small business people like us. Kindly take appropriate action and ask Mr Shah to refund our money without fail.
