Could not get appoint for passport

I am trying to get appointment from last one week (from 17.12.2011). I was told to access the portal at 6pm IST by a tech guy of Tata Consultancy Services who is deployed at Passport Seva Kendra Near Urvashi Theatre, Bangalore. This application sucs big time. every time I try to access I get errors: like THE REQUESTED URL COULD NOT BE FOUND. Some times big list of errors showing the html elements. Unfortunately there is no other way to apply for passport. I do not know why has the government given the project to TCS. They are a sick company. They have developed a pathetic Portal. Please Help Me...
