Irresponsible behaviour of MLA's Doctor son

One of my known widow lady is detected with HIV, 2 years back. She has to undergo CD4 test every month and the facility is available only at Govt. Health Centres at District places. Earlier, she used to go to Dhule as Nandurbar (a newly formed district) did not have such facility. Now that the facility has been provided at Nandurbar, she is not entertained by PHC at Dhule and she has to go to Nandurbar. The problem is, Doctor here is Mr. Gavit who happens to be son of the district MLA and hence is arrogant and is asking the patients to go back without any CD4 tests. As per him "Its not necessary to do it for everybody, I do not have time to do it for all". And why he doesn't have time is because, he has opened his own dispensery where he remians full day and attends the PHC (Public Health Centre) only for an hour a day with no fixed timings. This is a criminal offense by such a person and both him and his father need to be immediately sacked from their respective posts in the Indian Govt. People like these make the govt. intiatives a big failure.
