NOT RETURNING MONEY ONCE PAID

I paid Rs 6000 /= for weight reduction and body shaping and at the initial stages itself I did not like the service and I opted out of it. But the staff are not ready to refund my money. They said their MD will call and no one is calling and neither they are providing their MD's contact details. They also reply in a way to tell customers like they can't do anything. I do not want such unethical businesses to continue cheating people. I also need my refund with all my time spnet on this compensated with other headaches that this has and would cause. I condemn the thinking that they can continue in business by cheating people (even if that is by a number ratio). The way they talk to a customer who has paid them is most uncivilised and disgusting that such people have businesses around.
