Details of Complaint:
Had ordered THREE Quantities of Ayurvedic Herbal Tablets (One Quantity = 20 Tablets) from the website ayurvedaforall.in
Received ONLY ONE strip (Batch No. TVI 027) of the ordered Item INSTEAD of THREE by EMS Speed Post...
Requested the website THRICE to verify the short supply... The website has so far not responded in last one month to any of the mails...
Tried contacting the cell no given on the website once, but even that number didnt answer... I have sent three remainders (Two Emails and one feedback form on the website) but no response yet...
Moreover, the website has charged Rs. 2400 for the items which together would cost Rs. 375 (MRP)...
Request to kindly take actions against the website for:
1) Supplying less than the ordered quantities of the items...
2) Overcharging by about 6.5 times the actual cost of the MRP without disclosing this information at the time of booking the order...
