Unfair and excessive charges

I am staying at the Ayurvedic Natural Health Centre and had booked for 28 days. There are numerous negative issues that I and other other clients are experiencing which have created the need to leave early, as the issues are making my health worse not better!! The CEO has demanded that I pay 20% cancellation fees but nowhere on the website is this fee mentioned. I will not be paying these unreasonable charges and want to know my rights.
