Doctor not attend patient in hospital timing

My child is 7 years old when he playing three dogs bites him in 25 of august. I reached in Banole Hospitals 05:15 pm in hospital timing. But doctor are not in hospital i call them 3 to 4 times he rest his house in top of the hospital but he not come my child suffering pains very much then after a long timing i refer him another hospital for first aid.

so i request please take right action to Banole Hospital and Dr. Mohan Banole.
