MEDICAL CLAIM

My mother Mrs. Kusum Lata had undergone surgery from Bansal Hospital. She was covered under Medical Insurance From Vipul Medicorp. At time of discharge, the hospital staff mention the period of problem due to which surgery was done as 4-5 years by mistake. The TPA had rejected the claim. Hospital staff then made new discharge card and suggested me to go for Reimbursement and take a Post Dated Cheque from me. Now they have not given me any papers except bills and discharge card inspite of several reminders. Due to so much trouble, I was forced to stop the payment of the hospital. Now, they are harassing me.
