Not a satisfactory responce from thr service provide

TO WHOM SOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

I have taken a diamond package for my business sale purpose. I am not getting any mail from 2nd April by your side. I am so surprised that when you people want a business from our side you are showing a lot of interest and showing a lot of commitments. But after a person get registered you never asked and even not bother for his problems.

IS IT REAL JUST DIAL SERVICES?

In the month of January I have taken a SMART LISTING CONTRACT in monthly payment plan for which I have paid Rs. 1000 in advance and for which ECI cause to be deducted Rs. 1000 every month.

On 17.02.2010 I canceled this plan and taken DIAMOND PLAN for which I have paid Rs. 11, 251 in single check, no. 903476 for one calender year to BDE Mr Abhineet Singh. His BDE code no. is 010754.

In my contract letter Mr. Abhhineet Singh has wrote in his own hand writing that "upgrading from smart package to diamond package".

At that time Mr. Amit Arora Sales Manager, contact no. 9818797787 gave me the assurance that the amount of Rs. 1000 for the plan SMART LISTING will not be deducted from you because you have transferred your plan SMART LISTING to DIAMOND PLAN from the month of February.

I have given a hand written letter to the COMPAIGN CONSULTANT Mr. Abhineet Singh Contact No. 9971232947 which was dictated by Mr. Amit Arora Sales Manager on 17.02.2010 through the phone of Mr. Abhineet Singh to me. Mr. Amit Arora told me through the phonic conversation "If it will deducted by JUST DIAL SERVICES, it will reimburse you because you have taken the other plan after cancel the first plan". This is the phone of Mr. Abhineet Singh. But still the amount of Rs. 1000 was deducted by the JUST DIAL SERVICES.

After that, once in a week I am calling to Mr. Amit Arora Sales Manager regularly but neither I got my money back for the plan SMART LISTING nor I am getting any order message from 2.04.2010 till today.

I am frustrated by your services and now I want my money back. Please cancel my SMART LISTING just now. The JUST DIAL COMPANY is CHEATER.

Ms. DEEPIKA GIRDHER is the person who gave me a call to change the plan from SMART LISTING to DIAMOND PLAN.

At the time of registration Mr Abhineet Singh told me if you will not get any business message from just dial for continuous one week of time period in that case you are eligible to cancel your contract form the just dial services.

I am so upset. I want to cancel my contract from just dial services and I want my money back immediately for both plans.
