Never delivers even after taking the booking request

I am sorry to inform that the service of Big City Promotions is the worst that i have come across in my known knowledge. I have actually mailed them for the second time about the customer service and i am yet to receive any reply from these guys. I am not sure whether they expect the customers to keep calling their always busy lines 24x7 and if the call connects and he makes an appointment it never gets through. I have faced this situation twice in a row now and my voucher is almost expired now. If they are unable to provide quality and promising service please stop providing such offers to the clients and cheat their customers.
