Non Effective Bogus Product

Hi Customer Support,

I had purchased your product Biocapitol on 07/06 for a 10 days course did not reduce even a single gram but my weight increased by 5 kgs.

I was initially 75 kgs and now I am 80 after having your product for 10 days.

Your company has fooled me, now please send me the refund of the amount of Rs.2490 205-Postal charges (Total: Rs. 2695).

Now I do not know what needs to be done to reduce 80 kgs. Your company has cheated me. Tried calling the customer care a couple of times, the number is always busy.
