Not received good quality pendant/bracelets

Last month i ordered 20 scalar pendant and 10 biomagnetic bracelets from biolife india, mumbai.they charged rs 25000 total. but received products are not good quality and effective. i think they are selling duplicate and fake pendant sourced from china.because china pendant and bracelets are cheaper and this all supplier make foolish to honesh buyer.i contacted for refund this products but they refuge.

thrue this complain i want to notice biolife please return goods and return my money.
