CANCELLATION OF THE PLAN

I am Ravi kumar Paka. I have taken the 'MAHARAKSHA INJURY PLAN' from TATA AIG. My policy number is MRP50000003693. I have taken this policy for myself. I want to cancel the policy since i want to take the Health Protector plan from TATA AIG. I am trying to call from the last one month but there is no response. When ever i tried to call they told me they will call back with in 48 hours or 30 hr or 15 min, but of no use. I am totally frustrated. I am not able to understand what to be done. Yesterday and today also i called but no response from them I also applied for cancellation of the plan at Hyderabad branch. Please tell me what should i do for the cancellation of the policy. I am paying my amount so i have right to cancel the policy when ever i want (From last one month i was trying). Please help me.
