Daer Sir,

My name is Anup sharma. I am dignosed with OCD spectrum i am taking help of medicine & my Doctor has adviced me to take help of Pychologist also, So i prefered care group of hospital of Nagpur division. its been a one month (first visit on 24-12), only one time i got the consultation of of Dr. Palasapure, He is only available in friday & saturday of week, now it has been more than one month, i have not got any oppoertunity to get consultation of dr. palsapur It is not beacause of Doctor Palsapure but your admin deprtment who are not giving proper information to theair patients i found them just opposit of your esteemed oeganisation Name which is "Care" & i found them Careless. Even i have paid advance of Rs 250 bill no & date of payment is GC1200225772 & 13-01 respectively. In between once i got information by your admin team that Dr. is available you come at 5:30 PM i reached the hospital sharp at 5:30 by taking permission of my Boss than i came to know that i am not enlisted in Dr.palsapure on that day means there is lack of comminication or information. Even i complained to Mr. Ravi Manadiyar he has not shown any interest in my case. So i compeled to write a complaint regarding above issue.

I request you to please take initiative so that we can take the full advantage of our hard earened money.
