Inefficient Service

This is to inform everyone that I am appalled by the services povided at Center for Service, Safdarjung Branch. I had to take my father today for a test for which he was asked to report at 11 a.m. We reached the center at 10:20 a.m. People normally asssume that if we are called at a certain time, we would be attended at the given time. One also normally expects a 15-20 minute delay. However, my father had to wait for nearly 2 1/2 hours before he was called to for the test. We had made a complaint to the management around 12 p.m. after waiting for nearly 1 1/2 hours. Even then, we had to wait for another hour before anyone looked into his case. He was not the only one who had to suffer. There were other patients as well. Some of them had been waiting since 8 in the morning and a lady was asked to come at 9 a.m. because her test had be done on an empty stomach. She was eventually called at about 12:30 p.m.

It was appalling to see the number of old people just waiting and waiting for their turn, yet the staff remained unperturbed. It is definite that I will not be coming to Center for Sight for any treatment in the future and neither I will be recommending this place to anyone. I don't trust a place where the doctors do not value time and their patients. It seems like a cheap marketing place that offers an air conditioned office but a very unprofessional service.
