Service Centre not attending Complaint

Sir,

WHIRLPOOL Washing Machine, Model S-70 was repaired by Whirlpool authorised service centre on 24/4 vide New Millenium Services bill No 24/4/.12.Machine. It was repaired for fault of not taking the load. Same faul;t is again existing and wuith number of complaints, the service centre has not attended the faults. The complaint No HR0612005725 dated 12th Jun and HR 0612007531 of today date refers.

May I request for your intervention.
