I had lodged a complaint on 10 Nov.

Thanks for co operating the result was very good two senior officers from Claris Lifecsiences have visited and apologised and also paid me back my due amount through cheque.

I owe it all to consumer forum since i am not getting a proper place to filethis reply i am forwarding from here.
