Dear sir,

Pf department has made two cheques of my sattlement first check has been deposited in my account but second cheque was mentioned wrong branch code which couldn't deposited in my account after discussion with Pf dept. Ahmedabad i have ragistered re-authorisation of my cheque request but till time i ahven't receieved my cheque & amount in my account.earlier cheque was made on 29th oct-09 & after 5 months no information has been provided. pf dept has given me Ref. no of my file which is C.C.R 1800 And my cheque no was 140083 of Rs 76923/- rs dated 29th oct-09 Last i have talked with pf dept on 19th feb-10 but no responce was given & asked not to phone because no information"ll be provide on phone. Kindly short my problem as earliest as i have already 5 months delay of this cheque.
