Rude behaviour of Dr Incharge DR.Ranjna

I want to lodge a complaint against MCD Batla House Dispensary Incharge Dr Ranjna, I went to dispensary last week for vaccination of my baby, but the concern person told me that vaccination stock is not available, again I went to same dispensary next week i.e today (30/04) at 8'oclock but not a single employee was present at that time, at around 9:05 Dr Inchage came and I asked her for vacination then she told that no vaccination will be given to day because of inadequate staff, then i asked that this should be inform to the patient at 8'oclock who is waiting since morning then she said that this is not a enquiry centre, I think Dr Incharge is not aware of Vaccination importanc, Kindly take strict action against her and other staff who use to come after 9'0clock or even 10'oclock kindly look into the matter and oblige.
