Harresment Regarding Documents

I am Himansu Mishra has Admitted in Hospital on 6th Dec and discharge on 10th Dec. As my total bill is incurred Rs.10, 883/- from that hospital has recovered Rs. 7, 000/- from TTK health care and i have personally paid Rs. 3, 883/- and got relieved on 10th dec. But after that when I contact Mr. Manjunath (Hospital TTK Incharge, Mob No:9880355356) to the hospital authority for the clearance I am not getting any bill for the same. I am running for the same for last three days yet to get the final bill on this. In this process I lost time and also money and got lots of harassment from the hospital side.
