Defective

On 13th Oct I purchased a bottle of Crocin Suspension from SANTOSH MEDICAL STORE, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad - UP.Batch number - K0161

Firstly I received Crocin Suspension bottle, with child safety CAP, defective CAP piece, this cap was not opening up at all, due to which I was unable to give dose to the patient in night & full night the patient had to suffer due to non availability of medicine due to which the heath further detoriated.

Secondly when I went to get the bottle changed the retailor Mis Behaved & did not replace the DEFECTIVE bottle, as he said that company will not replace the same for him.

I learnt a lesson that in future I'll NOT go to that shop as well as I'll avoid using GSK's products as far as possible.
