Death of Patient during negligence during delivery

My Wife Shagufta Ilyas Khan admitted in Deccan Medical Hospital on 5th Dec at 1:15 am on Verge of Labour pain prior to that everything was normal as per Dr. Savitri Dodannwar) Last checkup at 1st Dec who is also owner of same hospital. My insisted on caesarian due to unbearable pain but doctor was insisting on Normal delivery. At 5:50 am Doctor arrived till that time only resident doctors were examining baby was delivered at 6:15 soon after that at aroung 6:45 doctor told baby is fine but some mass came out with ambical cord we have called spl doctor same at 7am doctor arrived and at 7:45 they have demanded for blood then we realised some thing is wrong we rush for the blood at 8:00 she was in ICU but then we are told she is bleeding and condition is critical.but still nothing was clearly told to us we were loosing precious time after that 8:30 doctor told we have to remove uretus to stop bleeding we wre pleading do what ever you want at around 9:45 she was shifted to another hospital KLE which was mere formality.

I want to ask such a proficient doctors why it took 3 hrs for doctor to decide about emergency situation if she was taken to well equipped hospital way before she was saved.
