INADEQUATE DISCOUNT

Sir/Madam,

This is Hirak Saha Kabiraj. I had opted for few tests as suggested by

my doctor Mr. Tushar Kanti Paul which included ECO Cardiography and

liquid profile. I had gone to DESUN yesterday and carried out tests for

ECO cardiography and Liquid profile. I was charged Rs 990 for ECO and

Rs 790 for liquid profile respectively. I was entitled to 10 % on

being a blue card holder. I feel sorry to say that while glancing

through newspaper i found that DESUN has announced package of Rs 950

for ECO and liqiud profile alongwith sugar test which will be valid

till 16th march 11.Being in the perview of the defination of

"CONSUMER" feel that i have been cheated by you as i was not aware of

the fact. I think the responsibility lies with you to make usaware of

the packages which comes from time to time. Why should i have to pay Rs

650 extra? Kindly cater to my request of refunding Rs 650 asap.
