Very Care less while deal with customers

Hello Sir,

I have faced many time problem with D-Mart store, e.g

1) while i purchase a vegetable as "Beans" of 500 gm which is of 20 to 25 rs but it shows 656 rs, which is really bad i have asked to the concern they apologize for this problem and given the money back.

2) This is recently happen while i purchase a hair oil which in glass, and the person kept in the top of the trolly in the opens plastic bag and they never told me that please be care full its open and while i move down from slop then it fell down and blast it and i lost my hair oil which values is almost around 100 rs and while asking the person they told me this is our problem..

This kind of problem going they are not listening any body just they are doing what they want...
