Cheating foreigners

Foreigners or nri visiting Dr. Malpani IVF Clinic expecting early positive results must think twice. Indians IVF Doctors specially Dr Malpani will pump money from foreigners deliberately and I have experience some cases. Malpani's kindness and staff 'smiles' is a very good practice to keep the customers happy for several come back but I feel if you are specially from USA or UK they have a feeling you have money to spend and will ensure you don't see success at certain attempts of your treatment. They are very selective and their website is always comparing their low cost to USA.What these doctors should understand is not all people coming from abroad can spend so much, reason they select India is for the cheaper cost but for people coming from countries like Africa or Mauritius we have saved so much and we cannot afford Doctors to play with our pockets. If for a local Indian resident they are charging 70, 000 for a foreigner or nri they may charge 200% more without realizing how hard those people are savings for making this happen. Their target price is based per country you are from. I feel Government of India should impose a law against such doctors to publish their rates on their website. For India or nri. Like this we know that all nri can pay the same or a reasonable fee and we can have a choice to compare from net. Sometimes they agree on a price and when done they will give several stories to take something extra. So, I feel prices should be published on their website and in their clinic notice board to avoid one from being cheated. Skip a foreigner, but to kill your own brothers just because they are working hard to bring money home?
