Poor Treatment for paying patients

Yes I agree..Doctors in Mehta Hospital are very good, Courteous and efficvient... But the Admin dept is an eye sore... They have an arrogant lady called Vasantha who simply frowns on all visitors and patients who pay the hospital through their nose. This Vasantha and her Bosses must know that they survive only from the money that we throw at them for they treatment. Patients and their paying attendants are treated like Beggars by this Vasantha... Feel that there is no Boss here for this Hospital other than this fuming lady...
