Death due to Doctor's Negligency

Dr. Rajesh Gulia so called an expert in Urology had operated my mother for removing a ureter calculus on 7th of june. During surgery something wrong happened which was not disclosed to the patient. Stent was used which was not disclosed to the patient. After removal of stent after seven days it was not tested for infection. Patient's condition detriorated day by day and finally on 18th of June patient was reffered to Fortis Mohali. As per the CT scan report of Fortis, the calculus was not broken properly and was still lying in the ureter. Due to severe infection and septic attack patient died in Fortis on 19th of June. The doctor cheated the family. Please think twice, thrice before going to these kind of doctors.
