Mis behavioure with patient

My mother and brother is suffering from mis behaviour of dr. ravi agarwal, malvia road, deoria up. he dose not talk in sweet langauge. my mother is unletrate she explaine our problem in own words to show sereusly but they says " JITNA POOCHHA JAY UTNA HI BATAO" if she repeate problem then he throw the "parcha" and say go out and same to my brother.

my brother and mother do not want to go to doctor, because she is in problem so they go to dr.
