Payment made to Hospital

Dear All

I admitted my patient to ECHS empanelled hospital with ECHS referral and cost approval.

But on the previous night of surgery doctor asked me upfront payment towards cost of surgery (4.0 lacs).

And he assured to return it when his bill will be passed by echs.

Looking towards seriousness of patient, i negotiated and settle the doc on 2.0 lacs.

By the grace of god now my patient is well after major surgery.

Now whenever I want to discuss my settle ment doc and his staff is avoiding me and even not submitted bill to echs after 2 months of surgery.

Request all to suggest me the solution how I can get my money back or may ECHS help me to get the money back.
