Abusive words regarding purchase of medicines for a patient

We are refrerring Max Hospital from last 2 Months for a particular ailment. A week Before, I visited to Max hospital to take some repeated medicines referred by Max Doctors (urology dept). But, Chemist Over their in Max Drug Store use alot personal abussive words. They even didn't respect ladies, specially girls. So, please Beware.
