NON ISSUE OF TEMPORARY ATTACHMENT CERTIFICATE

Dear sir,

Iam an EXSEVICEMAN (JC-750416A Hon Sub Maj Surya Kumar). My comlaint is regarding non issue of TEMPORARY ATTACHMENT CERTFICATE fro ECHS POLYCLINIC KANPUR NAGAR (CO 7 AIR FORCE HOSPITAL). Iapproached number of times to the polyclinic but the people working there are very crude and misbehaved persion who are not aware of the patients of their polyclinic. I have to purchase the medicine from the local market as I am the patient of PRYMARY HYPOTHYROIDISM for which no medical benefits have been provided to me during the time of retirement. There fore the ECHS POLY CLINIC KANPUR may please be advised to issue the TAC at the earliest please.
